Design Goals:
This site should work with all browsers capable of displaying both tables and graphics. A quick test with the Web Site Viewer from ANYBrowser.com showed that it works fairly well even with browsers recognzing only HTML 2.0 without tables.
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) have been used for additional (and optional) effects.
The site has been tested with Internet Explorer 5.0 and Netscape 4.7 under Windows 98 and NT 4.0. If you have problems displaying this site with your browser (and the problems are not severe enough to prevent you from reading this text...), please send me an e-mail, describing the problem, and which browser and operating system you are using.

This site uses:

HTML
Style Sheets (optional)
images in JPEG and GIF file format
Server Side Includes (SSI)

This site does not use:

Frames
Shockwave/Flash
JavaScript, VisualBasic Script, or any other active scripting component
Java applets
the <blink> tag ;-)
browser specific HTML tags
images in PNG file format
